The Walrus Oyster & Ale House - National Harbor, MD. Created original concept inspired by the Chesapeake Bay and Maryland's Eastern Shore. Developed the brand identity, pro-forma, business plan, investor prospectus, partnership operating agreement, and capital raise for this 6,700 square foot, SM + P designed restaurant and bar located on the Potomac River.
Kettle Hill - Baltimore, MD. Created original concept inspired by Teddy Roosevelt & The Rough Riders. Developed the pro-forma, business plan, investor prospectus, partnership operating agreement, and capital raise for this 6,000 square foot, Brian Swanson designed, critically acclaimed restaurant and bar in the landmark Power Plant Live District.
Chicken + Whiskey - Washington, D.C. Created original concept of South American rotisserie chicken and neighborhood whiskey bar. Culinary talent, Enrique Limardo developed the food program for this 14th street corridor location serving lunch, dinner and late night. Opening Spring of 2017.
Goldbar - New York, New York. Engaged by New York nightlife visionary, Jamie Mulholland to enhance the beverage program and manage operations.
Heist- Washington DC. Developed the operational structure, procedures, training and beverage program for the upscale cocktail lounge and nightclub located at DuPont Circle, Washington DC.
The Park Hyatt Chennai Hotel- Chennai India- Developed the beverage program for the George Wong 5-Star restaurant, The Flying Elephant.
CAIN At The COVE - Paradise Island, Bahamas. Engaged to develop the beverage program, including costing, cocktail menu creation and bar staff training for this 10,000 sq ft Jeffrey Beers designed resort hotel and casino.
The Surf Lodge - Montauk, New York. Exclusive boutique hotel and restaurant, developed opening beverage program including all menus, costing, operations and staff training.
